Every project begins with your builder plans. I take those drawings — whether PDFs, CAD exports, or hand sketches — and translate them into a true-to-scale 3D model.

Every wall, window, and roofline is built to exact dimensions, ensuring what you see in the render is what will stand in reality.

We meet online to review details, materials, and lighting preferences.
This stage is about refining your vision together — confirming colors, finishes, landscape, and environment before rendering begins.

Your input here ensures the final visuals perfectly match the home you’re building.

The render process brings the project to life. High-quality lighting, textures, and natural shadows are added for photorealism.
Once complete, I provide draft images for your feedback and final approval.

Every render is hand-crafted — not AI-generated — ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a human touch from start to finish.

3D Rendering Packages

Essential Render - $1,500

Perfect for single homes, builder plans, or real estate marketing visuals.

Priority scheduling for builders (2+ projects/mo): Up to 15% discount

Includes:

Structure: One single-level home
Exterior Renders: 4 angles — Front, Rear, and Left and Right Side
Interior Renders: 1 primary interior space (typically great room, kitchen, or living area)
Environment: Basic daylight lighting, flat terrain, sky gradient background
Revision: 1 round of design adjustments
Delivery: 5–7 business days

Add-Ons:

Two-story or split-level structure: + $450
Additional exterior angle: + $100 each
Additional interior room render: + $100 each
Enhanced landscaping (grass, driveway, and trees): + $150
Custom landscape detailing (Enhanced landscaping + fencing, planters, site-specific vegetation): + $250

Deliverables:

4K-resolution still images (print + MLS ready)

About Me

The Why

Hey, I’m Tyrel Derrick, and I run Derrick Design Studios — a rendering studio built around doing things the right way, not the automated way.

I’ve spent years in real estate, working directly with builders who wanted to market and visually show their product accurately to prospective buyers. Over and over, I ran into the same problem — the options were either insanely expensive architectural firms or cheap, AI-driven sites that looked nothing like the actual home. There wasn’t a middle ground for people who just wanted accurate, realistic renderings made from their builder plans.

So, I built my own solution.

I’m independently run — every project goes through me, start to finish. While I work within the technical framework of professional rendering software, each project is still as custom as it can be. Every plan is built to scale, every material is selected by hand, and every angle is composed intentionally to reflect how the home will truly look when it’s built.
